If you have issues logging-in to the updated Dashboard the first time, for the vast majority of users, all you will need to do is clear your web browser’s temporary internet files cache.

Please note: If you had previously saved your user name and password for our old dashboard in your web browser, that stored login will not work for our new dashboard. If you try to use it, you will not get in. You will have to manually enter your user name and password the first time you are logging in. At that point, your web browser should ask you if you want to save this login. You may want to delete the stored login you have for our old dashboard.

Also, if you were accessing your SmartMLS login from a bookmark or desktop shortcut, the old bookmark/shortcut will no longer work. You will need to create a new bookmark or shortcut for our new dashboard.
