Getting Started in connectMLS

Getting Started with SmartMLS Sign (NEW CLASS!)
Learn the ins and outs of our new document signing platform, SmartMLS Sign. We will take you on a tour of the platform and show you how to find and work with forms/templates, add contacts, and customize a signing. This hands-on class will walk you through a sample signing and answer any questions you have about the new platform.
Adding a New Listing in connectMLS
Are you struggling with adding a listing? Let us make it easier for you. This training session will cover the basics of how to maneuver through listing input and become familiar with the tools you need to get you started. Registration is required. Editing Listings in connectMLS

Introduction to CMA
CMA Made Simple! This introductory session will walk you through the fundamentals of creating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) in connectMLS. This session will cover the step-by-step process of selecting comparable properties, customizing your CMA report, and sharing it with clients. IMPORTANT NOTE: Pre-requisites for this class include Getting Started in connectMLS and Deeper Dive into Searching. We highly recommend you take both those classes before registering for this Intro to CMA class.
SmartMLS Tax Overview
You can find Public record information for the 169 municipalities in CT within the SmartMLS Tax system. In this session, we will focus on searching public records, using the powerful mapping features, prospecting and exporting information. We will also review creating a CMA from within public record.
Basic Stats Overview
This class offers a streamlined, hands-on introduction to the four SmartMLS statistical tools: FastStats, InfoSparks, SmartMLS Stats, and connectMLS Reports. Participants will learn how to access each program, navigate their interfaces, locate key data fields, run standard reports, and export or share results. The focus is on step-by-step instruction and technical proficiency rather than market interpretation or best-practice applications.
Deeper Dive into Stats: SmartMLS Stats
Learn how to use SmartMLS Stats to analyze and interpret Real estate market data effectively. In this class we will introduce you to tools, and navigation. This class will help you to identify and interpret key market indicators like median sales price, days on market and inventory levels. Learn how to use Data visualization reports and charts to present market insights to your clients. This class will help you make data-driven decisions, enhance your market expertise, and provide better insights to clients.
