The SmartMLS website (www.smartmls.com) will be undergoing maintenance between 11pm on Thursday, July 21, 2022, and 3am Friday morning.  Within this 4 hour window, the website may be completely down and inaccessible for up to 25 minutes. If you are already logged in prior to the downtime, you will not be logged out. The outage only applies to users trying to log in who are not currently logged in already.
