Head Brokers & Certified Appraisers
To join SmartMLS as a Head Broker or Certified Appraiser, you need to have an active Connecticut Broker’s License or an Active Reciprocal Connecticut Broker’s License and you must be a member in good standing of a Board of REALTORS®, listed as an ACTIVE REALTOR®.
Your Board does not have to be in Connecticut, but we do ask for a letter of good standing from your out of state Board of REALTORS®.
What are the Setup Costs?
There is a one-time $200.00 application fee to set up your own company in SmartMLS plus the applicable MLS Fees, which you can view via the Fee Chart section.
What is Included?
You get access to over 19,000 Real Estate agents and over 30,000 listings, along with a number of products and services.
